DKP Gaming LLC End-User License Agreement (EULA)

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS LICENSE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SOFTWARE.

  1. LICENSE AGREEMENT

By installing, downloading, copying, or otherwise using any software product from DKP Gaming LLC, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this End-User License Agreement (“EULA”).

  1. GRANT OF LICENSE

DKP Gaming LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software, subject to all the terms and conditions set forth here within.

  1. OWNERSHIP

All intellectual property rights in and to the software are owned by DKP Gaming LLC, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or make derivative works of the software.

  1. LIMITATIONS

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software. You may not rent, lease, or lend the software.

  1. TERMINATION

This license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the software.

  1. NO WARRANTIES

DKP Gaming LLC disclaims all warranties related to the software, whether express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

  1. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and DKP Gaming LLC, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, whether oral or written, regarding the software.

  1. AMENDMENTS

DKP Gaming LLC reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. The most current version will always be available on [dragonkill.online/license].
